​ A dithyramb is a choral chant that comes from ancient Greek times.

A multitude of voices united in homage to the god Dionysus.

​

Certainly with fewer libations, but with the same fervor, a comics anthology by Portuguese authors was born, obeying a single requirement: each story is four pages long.

 Stories with different techniques and narrative voices is always the main scope.

​

The first issue explored the concept of “Ecstasy”, with contributions from Ricardo Baptista, Nuno Filipe Cancelinha, Diogo Carvalho, Raquel Costa, Francisco Ferreira and Sofia Neto.

 

For the second issue - "Abismo", we also welcome the new voices of authors and illustrators Joana Afonso, André Caetano and Carlos Drave and author Sónia Mota.

The third issue welcomes author and illustrator Carla Rodrigues, standing in for Carlos Drave.
